Floral Bundle Dye Kit - Flour Sack Towel - Petal Party

Create your own bundle dyed towel with flowers! Each kit features a blend of dye flowers that yield beautiful colors and visual textures. The included towel has been prepared to receive the dye pigments, which makes this a beginner friendly dye project. The Petal Party colorway is a medley of yellows, oranges, and browns. The cloth in the background of the photo is a sample dyed with the same flower mix included in this kit. 

Each kit is packaged in a cotton drawstring bag and includes: 

• a fully prepared (scoured and mordanted) absorbent cotton flour sack towel (30” x 30”)
• custom blend of Minnesota grown dried dye flowers
• cotton string
• step by step instructions

To do the dye work, you will need:

• small lidded pot
• colander, steamer basket, or another way to suspend the bundle above the water in the pot
• tongs or gloves for flipping the bundle
• a bit of gentle soap
