The Forest Collection - Worsted

This special collection was made with natural dyes that were entirely sourced from trees. From nuts, to leaves, to heartwood, these colors are tied to the forest. 

Dyed on a commercially made yarn base, these skeins are a plump and deliciously soft 100% organic Merino wool. This 4-ply, worsted weight yarn is both sturdy and soft. The organic merino fiber takes the natural dyes with beautiful depth, saturation, and crispness. 

When you purchase this full collection, you will receive 1 full skein of each color. This totals 700 gr/ 1526 yds of worsted weight yarn. Use them all together or break the collection into multiple projects, it is up to you!

Dyes used: Sappanwood, Logwood, Osage Orange, Buckthorn, Black Walnut, Oak 

For longevity of the natural dye colors, hand wash in cool water with gentle soap and store away from the sun.
